PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

Scope of the Event

As the demand for ever increasing bandwidth intensifies, networks operating at gigabit rates are becoming a reality. This Colloquium will consider whether ATM based networks truly represent a generalised solution; the status of current and future ATM technology and associated network design; how existing networks, such as the Internet, will converge with ATM; the impact on end station performance and the new services made possible by such very high speed networks. The Colloquium will also feature live video presentations using the SuperJanet network.
